Going through the motions
I’m doing a great job of going through the motions today. woke up bright and early, coffee with my parents, speedy 5 mile run, ice…. healthy breakfast, extremely productive group meeting and study session… grocery shop for the week done… going to hot yoga tonight with my fav coworker and friend who moved away….
IDK why I’m in such a funk when my day has been...

Another good one today.
I worked out, 30 min treadmill incline walk, squats, leg machines and a little yoga. Didn’t eat any added sugar and I wanted to binge eat, but I stopped myself. It feels so much better to just stop :)
Tomorrow I’m going to workout, then finish my accounting quiz that’s due Sunday so I can enjoy my weekend.
Tuesday
I worked out strength and cardio twice, grocery shopped without buying any junk food, and ate whole foods :) This morning, I feel great! But sore! I learned to deadlift yesterday and went balls to the wall in my hot yoga class. So today I’m going to do a light workout on my break from classes. Probably just 30 min on the bike/efx/walking on an incline. It’s going to be another great...
Monday
I did a great job Monday! I got a light workout in and I ate super clean :) Today is my 3rd day of added sugar detox and I feel pretty great!
Sunday
I did a good job with eating right and sleeping enough. I am going to do the same today. Plus, I’m going to do well on my miderm and get a workout in :)
as an aside
i waited on the ceo of bbrg (my restaurant company) yesterday. nbd
everyone on here is running
