Today was the first day back at school.. That 3 week break just wasn’t enough! I’m still feeling all weird.
Anyway, I’ve been super excited this week, RUNNING IS BACK!
Running miles: 27.5 WOO!
Bike: 20 miles (can’t win em all!)
Yoga: 2 times, I left one early though… my knee is feeling a little tweaked tonight, so I only did 40 min today.
Strength: 1 45 min BADASS session :)
Took all my supplements (my omega 3s make my burps taste like fake orange and it’s gross, but I still take them)
Flossing once a day, too.
I haven’t talked to my ex all week and I also haven’t cried. Coincidence? Supplements working? Idk, I hate this breakup.
Also, I went running with a dude. He is nice and I think we are going to do something less sweaty on Monday. We’ll see.
